How much does shipping cost, and how quickly do you dispatch orders?
Shipping costs are around CZK 100, depending on the delivery method selected. Standard dispatch takes 1–3 business days; orders with customization (e.g. engraving) take a little longer. We also deliver outside the Czech Republic.
What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay by card or via PayPal.
What is the warranty, and can I return the knife if it doesn’t suit me?
We provide a 2-year warranty on SARACEN knives. As with any online store in the Czech Republic, you also have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery.
How to care for a knife?
Wash it by hand only and dry it immediately with a soft cloth. Do not put it in the dishwasher or expose it to harsh cleaning agents or acids. It is not intended for cutting bones or frozen foods.

Honestly, the shape threw me off a little at first, but after a few days of use, I wouldn’t change a thing. The knife fits beautifully in my hand, and that “beak” really makes sense, especially when chopping on a cutting board – I finally don’t bang my knuckles against the board 🙂 I mainly use it for vegetables and meat, and the slicing motion is really smooth, almost effortless. You can tell it’s well balanced – the knife practically “works by itself.” It stays surprisingly sharp; I haven’t needed to sharpen it yet. Plus, it looks really beautiful – the Damascus steel pattern looks even better in person than in the photos. In my opinion, it’s a great addition to the kitchen that’s not just a design piece, but really works 👍
