Honestly, the shape threw me off a little at first, but after a few days of use, I wouldn’t change a thing. The knife fits beautifully in my hand, and that “beak” really makes sense, especially when chopping on a cutting board – I finally don’t bang my knuckles against the board 🙂 I mainly use it for vegetables and meat, and the slicing motion is really smooth, almost effortless. You can tell it’s well balanced – the knife practically “works by itself.” It stays surprisingly sharp; I haven’t needed to sharpen it yet. Plus, it looks really beautiful – the Damascus steel pattern looks even better in person than in the photos. In my opinion, it’s a great addition to the kitchen that’s not just a design piece, but really works 👍

Valerie

I use the knife every day and am very happy with it. It feels great in my hand, is well balanced, and makes cutting really easy and precise. It also looks beautiful, so I love having it as a design piece in my kitchen.

At the trade fair in Prague, I was impressed by the Saracen 220 mm knife, but unfortunately it was no longer available there. I ended up ordering it online as a gift for my dad’s 60th birthday—and it was a perfect choice. The knife is very well made and feels sturdy, balanced, and high-quality from the first touch. Dad took to it immediately and uses it practically every day. Overall, it’s a great gift that made him happy and also works well for everyday use.

The knife design is something amazing that you don't see every day. An ideal gift for loved ones and friends.
I will definitely shop here again.

At first glance, it seemed a little longer to me. But now I use it almost every day. I’m constantly impressed by how sharp it is when cutting vegetables, but especially when portioning meat. My wife was initially a little wary of it, but she’s gotten used to it and wouldn’t be without it.

Magda

For your ideal knife, it cuts beautifully and effortlessly and is an elegant addition to the kitchen. I recommend it.

Bruno from Prague

Excellent quality and design, I recommend it to anyone who wants to try something new and isn’t afraid of change.

Tomáš from Prague

I appreciate the knife’s excellent grip and the sharpness of the blade. A clean cut in one stroke.

Easy maintenance of Damascus steel

Pavla from Olomouc

I’ve been using this knife for six months, and it’s worked brilliantly so far. The blade stays sharp for a long time. It cuts meat beautifully. I can highly recommend it.

Petr from Prague

This designer knife made of Damascus steel absolutely captivated me. The handle fits perfectly in the hand, and the knife is very easy to control. I recommend it to anyone looking for a combination of beauty and functionality.
